Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a Marketing Performance & Business Insights professional to help drive strategic decision-making through analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.

In this role, you will partner with Marketing leadership, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to develop reporting, analyze business and campaign performance, and provide recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping how marketing performance is measured across the organization.

Key Responsibilitie

s

• Develop and maintain marketing performance reports, dashboards, and executive-level metrics.
• Analyze campaign, budget, and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Business Intelligence, and business stakeholders to align reporting and measurement strategies.
• Support the development of enterprise marketing dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
• Establish and improve reporting processes that support a growing marketing organization.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, marketing performance, reporting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualification

s

• Marketing analytics or campaign performance reporting experience.
• Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting experience.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and performance reporting.
• Payments industry experience strongly preferred.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• Ability to connect data insights to business strategy and decision-making.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
