Responsibilities
Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to inform monetization strategy development. Conduct in-depth analysis of ecommerce business data to evaluate current revenue streams and future business expansion opportunities.
Gather and synthesize market data, user behavior and competitor trends to devise insights and strategies that accelerate and sustain business growth.
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations by modelling resource allocation scenarios, trade-offs and opportunity costs.
Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the performance of monetization initiatives.
Monitor progress and understand root cause of metrics movement to surface insights and provide continuous optimization plans for business operation.
Leverage and deploy critical data management and visualization tools to deliver structured business reports, reviews, and project-based deep-dive analyses to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical insights into operational planning cycles and ongoing decision-making process.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (Any), Marketing, Data Science, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Building data models to project business performance and set business performance goals; Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, to generate business insights and inform future strategy; Analyzing market and business metrics by leveraging and categorizing multiple datasets using MySQL or Excel; Utilizing data visualization techniques to monitor performance metrics, surface business insights, and provide regular reporting to leadership; Conducting industry and competitor research on the marketing science industry trends, competitors' behaviors, and new product solution opportunities to aid leadership’s strategic decisions; and Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome.
