About the Role

This is a high-volume inbound sales role at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, where you'll run multiple daily product demos and own the full sales cycle from first contact through close. You'll sit at the intersection of Marketing and Customer Success, playing a key role in converting qualified leads and shaping the company's sales motion as it scales rapidly.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 8–16 discovery and demo calls per day with prequalified inbound leads, showcasing an AI phone assistant and its business value — no cold outreach required.

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, working toward clearly defined monthly and quarterly quota targets.

• Manage warm leads, prepare structured follow-ups, and maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM pipeline.

• Ensure smooth post-sale handovers to the Customer Success team.

• Relay customer feedback to Marketing and contribute to reliable sales forecasting.

• Collaborate closely with teammates to continuously optimise the sales motion in a rapidly scaling environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of end-to-end deal closing along a defined funnel.

• Native-level German fluency with a confident, professional phone and demo presence.

• Experience handling high volumes of inbound demo appointments in a structured, CRM-driven workflow.

• Comfortable owning quota and meeting monthly and quarterly targets consistently.

• Strong product and technical understanding, enabling effective SaaS product demonstrations.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success on feedback loops and forecasting.

• Startup or scaleup SaaS sales background is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven forecasting is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI, telephony, or contact centre technologies is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

OTE of €100,000–€150,000 (base salary plus uncapped commission). No visa sponsorship is available for this role.

Location

On-site in Vienna, Austria, with a hybrid option available.
