About the Role
This is a high-impact SDR role at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, where you will own the entire English-speaking top of funnel, from first contact through to qualified demo handoff with Account Executives. Your work directly drives pipeline growth, and top performers have a clear path into closing roles within months.
What You'll Do
Qualify inbound leads from the marketing team daily, using discovery to identify genuine fit.
Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and experimental channels to reach prospects.
Build and test outbound sequences, measuring results and iterating to improve conversion rates.
Onboard new customers and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
Shape SDR processes and best practices as the team scales, contributing ideas that stick.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of sales experience in outbound, telesales, or B2B SaaS environments.
Native English proficiency for client-facing outbound sales activities.
Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and build multi-channel sales sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Experience with hypothesis-driven sequencing, A/B testing, and sales performance measurement.
Experience handing off qualified leads to closing roles such as Account Executives.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools for managing outbound campaigns.
Experience in AI, SaaS, or technology verticals is a plus.
Naturally competitive and motivated by uncapped commission in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willingness to temporarily relocate to Vienna for 1 to 2 months during the first year to immerse in company culture.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of 50,000 to 75,000 GBP annually, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Greater London, United Kingdom, with a required temporary relocation to Vienna, Austria for 1 to 2 months during your first year.
