Cards Lab - Content Manager

The Market Intelligence team is seeking a highly strategic and forward-thinking Product Strategy & Content Lead to drive the long-term evolution of Cards Lab, Mastercard's self-service platform supporting issuers in portfolio optimization, market benchmarking, and card value proposition development. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future vision of the platform by defining strategic priorities, identifying growth opportunities, establishing best-in-class content standards, and ensuring Cards Lab continues to deliver differentiated value to clients globally.
The ideal candidate combines strong product strategy capabilities with an understanding of Card Value Propositions design and launch, excellent analytical thinking, content leadership, stakeholder management and a deep passion for transforming market intelligence into scalable product experiences.

Role Overview:
The Product Strategy & Content Lead will be responsible for collection and maintenance of content – working closely with internal stakeholders and research partners – while defining and driving the medium and long-term strategic direction of Cards Lab content and intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and continuously evolve the long-term content and intelligence strategy for Cards Lab, aligned with product objectives and client demand / needs
• Establishing best-in-class content and governance process
• Lead content investments and coordinate with key content providers, SMEs and internal teams to ensure a differentiated, recurringly refreshed and high-quality offering
• Contribute to Cards Lab expansion strategy by preparing presentations, documentation and any strategic material to drive conversations with senior stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior team members in the collection, organization and continuous refresh of Mastercard offer shown in the platform
• Ensure all materials are updated, relevant, high-quality, consistent, and aligned with product priorities
• Proactively identify additional content opportunities that drive recurring usage and reinforce Cards Lab’s value proposition across regions and audiences
• Identify content gaps and define new content areas, research needs, and priority themes for the roadmap
• Liaise with SMEs to validate accuracy and ensure consistency across all materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Consulting, Financial Services, Payments, or related fields
• Knowledge of payment products, card portfolios, and Card Value Proposition development is highly desirable
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and strategic thinking
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences
