Senior Instructor - Boerum Hill

JETSET Pilates Boerum Hill in Brooklyn is seeking experienced Instructors! JETSET Pilates Instructors lead clients through 50-minute, choreographed, classes with the best equipment and technology in our new and beautiful studio. They are responsible for guiding and encouraging clients safely and effectively through our Modern Pilates workout and showing them modifications and form corrections as needed. Instructors embody the culture and brand to support a welcoming and engaging community for all clients. They occasionally assume other responsibilities and are expected to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead group fitness classes through our modern Pilates movements and workouts

Master the brand's favorite movements and sequences and create and execute class plans

Provide modifications and attention to clients as needed

Foster a positive and welcoming community for all clients and staff

Communicate and collaborate with Studio Leads to maintain a safe and clean studio

Manage microphone, playlists, and sound-board to create the best studio environment

Build relationships with clients and support retention and brand loyalty

Qualifications

200+ classes instructed in Reformer Pilates

Current CPR/AED certification

Comfort with public speaking and maintaining a positive and high energy for clients.

Embody a love for health, fitness, and the JETSET Pilates workout

Able to instruct in mornings and/or evenings and weekends
