As one of the key pillars of TikTok Shop’s growth in Europe, the LIVE Operations team is responsible for developing a strong ecosystem of livestream merchants and creators, strengthening consumers’ awareness and adoption of LIVE shopping, and driving GMV growth through livestream commerce across European markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting detailed data analysis to support informed business decisions and identify growth opportunities across European markets.
• Support the end-to-end execution of key central LIVE projects, from strategy development and merchant or creator recruitment to campaign execution and post-project performance reviews.
• Coordinate with local market teams to ensure central initiatives are effectively localized and implemented, while tracking progress and resolving operational issues.
