The Promote & Mobile Ads team is dedicated to helping creators, merchants, and professional advertisers promote content, manage ads, and grow their business on mobile with greater ease.
We have launched Mobile Ads Manager and are transitioning toward a "sales-assisted" business model. Internally, we are building out the GTM execution cadence, sales incentive system, and standardized enablement assets; Externally, we work closely with global sales teams to align goals and drive execution. Through commercial metric monitoring and data attribution, we continuously iterate on strategy, ultimately owning incremental revenue outcomes for the sales line.
Responsibilities:
Sales-side GTM Strategy & Commercialization Execution - Own the sales-side GTM strategy and execution for Mobile Ads Manager, driving the business from a self-serve model toward a sales-driven model. - Develop differentiated commercialization cadences, go-to-market paths, and scaled operating plans tailored to different countries and market maturity stages. - Design supporting operational mechanisms around the sales closing funnel to improve the product's sellability and execution efficiency in sales scenarios. - Continuously refine sales-side product-market fit (PMF), validating the product's value proposition, ideal use cases, and growth paths to sustain business scale-up. Global Sales Collaboration & Incentive System Development - Engage deeply with the global sales organization and regional teams to establish regular collaboration mechanisms, unifying business goals, execution cadence, and performance standards. - Based on real sales closing scenarios, distill the product's core value, target customer profiles, and differentiated competitive selling points. - Build and optimize standardized sales incentive systems, operating rules, and enablement processes to boost sales teams' motivation and consistency in promoting the product.
- Drive global sales teams to replicate proven playbooks in priority markets, forming scalable sales operating mechanisms.
Sales Enablement System & Standardized Asset Creation
- Build an end-to-end enablement system for sales teams, key accounts, and agency partners to improve product understanding and sales conversion capabilities.
- Independently produce standardized enablement content, including industry solutions, sales playbooks, competitive benchmarking materials, and objection-handling strategies.
- Organize systematic, recurring training to help frontline teams accurately convey product value and improve deal-closing ability in complex scenarios.
- Continuously optimize the sales delivery process and enablement mechanisms to increase market penetration and overall close rates.
- Establish a monitoring framework covering core metrics such as product penetration, customer adoption, incremental sales revenue, and advertiser account health.
- Regularly track business performance, identify key fluctuations and growth bottlenecks, and produce structured analytical insights.
- Conduct attribution analysis and strategy reviews based on data, driving continuous optimization of GTM strategy, sales operations, and resource allocation.
- Build a closed loop from metric monitoring and problem identification to strategy iteration, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
Market Insights & Product Requirements Loop
- Continuously collect frontline market feedback, sales voice, and advertiser pain points to build a repository of on-the-ground business insights.
- Structurally organize key requirements across commercialization scenarios and identify the core issues impacting sales conversion and customer adoption.
- Drive efficient collaboration between frontline sales and the global product team, establishing a closed loop for requirement feedback, prioritization, and product iteration.
- Support continuous product capability improvement and commercialization upgrades, enhancing the product's fit with business scenarios.
Industry Benchmarking, Growth Opportunity Identification & Key Initiative Execution
- Track industry trends, competitor dynamics, and market shifts, conducting ongoing benchmarking analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including global product, sales leadership, product marketing, data analytics, and compliance—to ensure key GTM initiatives are delivered reliably.
- Package high-value flagship customer cases and reusable industry solutions to support multi-market replication and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, GTM commercialization, product solution operations, or sales enablement. - Solid understanding of the full digital advertising commercialization logic, with deep insight into the operational differences between self-serve and sales-assisted business models; proficient in end-to-end ad operations and core commercial metrics. Experience at major internet advertising platforms. - Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, with mature capabilities in sales engagement, business alignment, and team enablement; able to accurately convey product business value, unify global business goals and incentive rules, provide standardized operating guidance to frontline sales, and drive efficient execution. - Strong data analysis and business insight capabilities; able to independently handle business metric monitoring, fluctuation attribution, and strategy review and iteration, delivering highly actionable commercialization optimization plans. - Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion. - Highly self-driven and resilient ; able to thrive in a fast-iterating, multi-track international business environment and drive multiple key initiatives to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-market overseas business expansion, end-to-end GTM project delivery, and scaled operations.
Hands-on experience transitioning a product from a purely self-serve model to a sales-driven model, with experience building sales incentive systems and sales enablement systems from scratch.
Experience in market insight mining, structured organization of commercialization requirements and decision support.
