Responsibilities

Executive Assistant:

• Provide professional administrative support for Finance Head
• Screen and manage documents for Finance Head’s signature
• Review and process purchase orders and contracts in system if needed
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders involving Finance and coordinate communication and meetings with them in an effective and efficient manner

  Finance Project Coordinator:

• As a contact window for finance department and work closely with different functions to coordinate and prioritize business requirements
• Manage company chops and facilitate stamping process
• Assist in basic Travel & Entertainment expense review
• Provide assistance to contract review and payment review if needed
• Support in other ad hoc projects assigned by Finance Head, Finance Directors and Finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, 5 years above related work experience, executive assistant background in pharmaceutical industry will be plus
• Pro-active, must be able to work independently and make a decision
• Good English skills and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel, Power Point) and able to learn new processes, controls and systems

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
