The Customer Service Associate position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to the client, following program guidelines and call center standards.

General Job Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package.

• Assists customers with account and subscription related inquiries; refunds, enrollments, changes, account updates, credentials, etc.

• Provides support over the phone to the Police when a vehicle is reported stolen, following the stablished protocols.

• Provides support to clients in topics related to: Connected Drive such as remote unlock, purchase of apps for the vehicle, set up and connect the mobile phone to the car app, set up the customer account.  

• Exhibits high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc.

• Performs other functions related to the position.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and various software systems.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call center is often preferred. 
• Amenable to work on night shift, holidays and working on-site.
