Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage engineering projects from Project Set up to completion
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 6+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles
• Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines including risk management and problem-solving

WE VALUE

• Advanced degrees such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering are a plus
• Experience working in industrial automation or process control environments, especially DCS / SIS Engineering field 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
