Prime Video add-on subscriptions (PV Channels) lets customers discover, subscribe to, and watch content from third-party streaming services within a single Prime Video experience. This role is of a Technical Business Development leader who will own the strategy and execution for acquiring, integrating, and scaling channel partners. This role sits at the intersection of business development and ensuring deep technical integration with partners to drive best in class customer experience.

This is a builder role for a senior individual contributor who operates with autonomy across a broad, ambiguous space, sets multi-year strategy, and drives outcomes across many teams without direct authority.

Channel partner acquisition & onboarding

1. Own the end-to-end partner pipeline: identify, prioritize, and sign new streaming partners onto Prime Video Channels.
2. Lead the onboarding process from signed deal to launch, coordinating content ingestion, entitlement, and go-live readiness across partner and internal teams.
3. Translate partner technical constraints into clear requirements for Prime Video product and engineering teams.

Commercial / deal structuring
1. Structure commercial terms, revenue-share models, and partnership agreements that are durable for both Amazon and the partner.
2. Partner with finance, legal, and business affairs to negotiate and close agreements.
3. Own deal economics and the business case for each partnership, balancing customer value, partner viability, and Amazon's long-term interests.
Product & roadmap influence
4.Represent the Channels partner ecosystem in cross-org planning and strategy reviews.

Basic qualifications

• Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
• Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners or equivalent
• Experience in content acquisition or sync licensing
• Experience working at a TV Network, broadcaster, or an online streaming platform, specializing in digital video delivery or streaming media technologies

Preferred qualifications

• Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Experience negotiating revenue-share or licensing agreements.
