About the Role
This is an early Account Executive hire at a fast-growing AI voice platform serving B2C enterprises, where you will own deals end-to-end and directly shape the sales motion as the company scales. The role spans two levels, AE and Senior AE, across Mid-market and Enterprise segments, with level and segment matched to your track record. Your work drives new ARR and sets the playbook for the team that follows.
What You'll Do
Own the full deal cycle: discovery, demos, business cases, security reviews, procurement, legal, contract negotiation, and signature.
Generate your own outbound pipeline; the BDR team supports you but does not replace your prospecting effort.
Multi-thread complex buying committees across Sales, Operations, CX, IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and the C-suite, building champions before procurement enters.
Carry a quota and maintain full accountability for forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage.
Codify what works, turning your qualification, executive engagement, and pricing approaches into team-wide playbooks.
Feed structured customer insights back to product, marketing, and strategy teams.
What We're Looking For
Mid-market AE: 1+ year consistently closing mid-market deals in the top tier of your team, with contract values in the mid five-figure range.
Senior AE / Enterprise: 3+ years closing complex, high-value deals of €100k+ with senior and C-suite economic buyers.
Hunter mindset: manufactures pipeline and breaks into accounts independently, without relying on warm inbound.
Skilled at building relationships across multi-threaded buying committees at companies of 500 to 10,000+ employees.
Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders from the very first interaction.
Ability to build business cases, quantify value, and negotiate confidently on commercial terms.
Experience selling software or SaaS solutions to enterprise customers; background in AI, voice technology, or conversational AI is a plus.
Familiarity with B2C or customer-facing verticals such as telecoms, energy, insurance, or financial services is a bonus.
Business-level fluency in both German and English is required.
Local work authorization in Germany is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
AE Mid-market: €130,000 to €160,000 OTE
Senior AE Mid-market: €160,000 to €180,000 OTE
Enterprise roles: comparable or higher OTE
Visa sponsorship: not available
Location
On-site, 5 days a week in Berlin, Germany.

Employer filing history
Unavailable
We couldn't confidently match this employer to a verified U.S. filing entity, so reliable H-1B and PERM history isn't available yet.
Filing history reflects past employer behavior; it isn't a promise for this opening.
All open roles at CleraHow Openbound evaluates sponsorship
Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.
An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence.
What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
