施設管理エンジニア

は、チーフエンジニアやアシスタントチーフエンジニアをサポートしながら、ホテル設備や機器の保守・管理、修繕業務を担う重要なポジションです。館内設備の安全で円滑な運営を通じて、お客様に心地よい滞在体験を提供します。

Responsibilities

主な業務内容

• 施設・設備の保守管理：建物、電気設備、空調設備、防災設備などの保守・点検を行い、各種法令や基準への適合を確保します。
• メンテナンス業務の管理：日々の保守・修繕作業を計画・管理し、作業内容を適切に記録します。
• 迅速なトラブル対応：設備不具合やお客様からのご要望、緊急時の対応を迅速かつ適切に行います。
• 設備の維持管理：ホテル内の設備や機器の修理・保守を行い、安全で効率的な運用を維持します。
• コスト管理：備品や資材の在庫管理を行い、予算を意識した効率的な運営を推進します。
• 安全で快適な環境づくり：お客様とチームメンバーが安心して過ごせる施設環境を維持します。

• 空調設備（HVAC）、電気設備、給排水・ガス設備に関する資格をお持ちの方歓迎
