We are looking for a talented strategist to join our fast-growing digital & integrated marketing team at Prosek. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter interested in bringing best-in-class digital strategy and creative to life for our financial and professional services clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Work as a member of integrated client teams to drive digital and social initiatives such as content development, paid media amplification, creative campaign development, analytics and measurement, social listening and community management
• Develop and mentor junior staff through coaching, consistently providing feedback, and helping them develop professionally
• Manage tactical execution of digital advertising and social media programming, including content development, community management and influencer engagement
• Oversee team members responsible for developing first drafts of social content, analytics reports, internal and external communications, and client recommendations
• Develop and launch paid social campaigns, including platform and audience targeting, based on client marketing objectives
• Develop and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification
• Have familiarity and experience in a wide range of digital tactics, including measurement and analytics, organic and paid social media, email marketing and digital reputation management
• Produce client-ready written communications and have strong verbal communication with our clients
• Articulate the capabilities and services of the digital practice across the team, as well as with existing and potential clients
• Proactively flag emerging digital trends, opportunities and risks for clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and strategic manner
• Manage operational and financial performance of client teams, ensuring quality work, effective processes and that client requests are handled in a timely and strategic manner
• Demonstrate deep expertise in your client's business and industry and know your client's competitors
• Contribute to new business development, including RFP responses, proposal writing, client pitches and prospecting
• Become involved in recruitment and evaluate potential new hires to determine if they would work well with Prosek

What makes you qualified:

• 4-7 years of relevant digital, social media, or creative experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
• Experience at a traditional advertising, communications, or marketing agency is a plus
• Experience working within a regulated field such as financial and professional services preferred
• Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills for organic and paid content
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with clients and cross-discipline internal teams
• Digital Acumen
  • Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem and related best practices for incumbent (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) and emerging (e.g., TikTok, Clubhouse) platforms
• Other Skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams across disciplines
  • Basic graphic production skills in tools like Canva, Figma or other tools highly preferred but not required

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
