The Global Functions Talent Acquisition team attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier talent for TikTok's global functions - including Legal, Public Policy, Brand & Communications, and Global Security - partnering with hiring leaders to understand their needs and build teams that can keep pace with a fast-growing business. The work is both strategic and hands-on: we balance data-driven decision-making, and a high-quality candidate experience across regions and time zones, while navigating highly specialized, often hard-to-fill roles that require deep market knowledge and strong cross-cultural judgment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working alongside experienced recruiters and business leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
