Job description

WHY DEPT®?

We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA.

We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter.

At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build.

THE ROLE:

As a Manager, Paid Social, you drive growth by leading high-impact social media campaigns that exceed client expectations. Your strategic vision and deep understanding of paid social platforms, audience targeting, creative testing, and measurement enable you to develop tactical roadmaps, performance dashboards, and compelling presentations that keep stakeholders informed and confident. You prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest impact, ensure flawless execution, and mentor team members to elevate their craft. As a contributor to agency thought leadership, you help build a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and implement platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies across Meta Ads
  • Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs, ensuring alignment with broader account and marketing strategies.
  • Quantify, prioritize, and execute initiatives with the highest potential impact on performance, audience growth, and client objectives.
  • Partner closely with Client Partners to deliver clear, strategic paid social recommendations and support client-facing communications.
  • Contribute high-quality paid social insights and narratives to key client deliverables, including tactical plans, creative strategies, and business reviews.
  • Ensure all paid social work undergoes rigorous QA and is executed accurately, maintaining strong stewardship of client budgets and brand standards.
  • Ability to speak on client calls and be client facing where applicable within reporting calls, statuses, etc.
  • Coach and mentor team members by supporting onboarding, providing account context, and developing both technical and strategic paid social capabilities.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid social experience across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Advanced understanding of paid social strategy across the funnel, including audience development, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives, with a strong grasp of full-funnel activation.
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and formats to inform optimization and strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance, surface insights, and deliver clear optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or dashboarding tools for performance tracking and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience contributing to client-facing presentations and strategic storytelling.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, supporting skill development, performance growth, and team engagement.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

  • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • 401K plan, plus matching
  • PTO

How Openbound evaluates sponsorship

Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.

An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence. 4 filing titles were examined for this employer.

What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
