With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

1. Own the LIVE performance of assigned top creators, including Live GMV, LIVE hours, and conversion metrics;
2. Build and execute weekly and monthly growth plans for assigned creators;
3. Diagnose performance gaps across traffic, assortment， pricing, content quality, and LIVE cadence; turn insights into clear action plans;
4. Support creators in developing strong LIVE strategies: POI selections, product bundles, and limited-time offers;
5. Lead planning and execution for campaign lives, mega live events, and merchant-led livestream activations;
6. Surface creator feedback and data insights to improve platform tools and LIVE capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. 3+ years in creator management, influencer marketing, live commerce, e-commerce, local services, or partnerships;
2. Strong understanding of creators, live-streaming, and performance-driven growth;
3. Comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions;
4. Strong communication skills; able to influence creators and XFN partners;
5. Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven track record of growing creator revenue, GMV, or campaign performance;
2. Experience planning or supporting large-scale LIVE events or campaign livestreams;
3. Familiarity with TikTok creators, agencies and MCNs;
4. Strong ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
