調理スタッフ（シェフ・ド・パルティ／コミ）は、シェフの指導のもとで食材の準備や調理を担当し、料理を通じてお客様に温かいおもてなしと特別な滞在体験を届ける大切な役割です。

Responsibilities

主な業務内容

• 担当セクションでの調理および仕込み業務
• 食材の下準備・管理
• 盛り付けおよび料理の仕上げ
• 食材の在庫管理および発注業務のサポート
• HACCPに基づく衛生・安全基準の遵守
• 調理場の清掃および整理整頓
• チームメンバーとの円滑な連携
• ブランド基準に沿った高品質な料理の提供

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Culinary experience (any cuisine type; years of experience negotiable)
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
• Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
• Graduation from a culinary school or equivalent knowledge
• Basic knowledge of HACCP principles
• Availability to work early shifts and flexible schedules, including shift work
