Position Summary:

The Emerson T&M Global Sales & Marketing Analytics team partners with Sales, Marketing, Web Strategy, Services, Commercial Strategy, and Global and Regional Operations to improve commercial performance through data-driven decision making. We are seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant to lead digital measurement, customer behavior analytics, and performance optimization initiatives that connect online engagement to pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.

In this role, you will leverage Adobe Analytics and related business intelligence platforms to uncover actionable insights, improve digital customer experiences, optimize conversion funnels, and strengthen attribution capabilities across the customer journey. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help shape the organization's digital measurement strategy, improve data quality and governance, and establish scalable analytics practices that enable informed business decisions globally.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Partner with stakeholders across Web Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Regional Leadership, IT, and the Data Office to define and implement measurement strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of the digital analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and customer experience goals.
• Analyze customer behavior and digital engagement trends using Adobe Analytics and related platforms to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Translate complex business questions into measurable analytical frameworks, actionable insights, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Evaluate digital funnel performance and customer journeys to identify friction points, improve conversion rates, and increase pipeline contribution.
• Develop attribution models and measurement approaches that connect digital engagement to opportunities, pipeline generation, and revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with Web Strategy, UX, Product, and Marketing teams to prioritize initiatives and measure business impact.
• Design and assess experimentation and A/B testing programs to improve customer engagement and digital performance.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics capabilities that enable data-driven decision making.
• Establish and promote analytics governance standards, tagging frameworks, documentation practices, and data quality controls.
• Partner with IT and data teams to integrate digital, marketing, and CRM data sources for a unified view of customer behavior.
• Apply advanced analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to enhance efficiency, insight generation, and business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader by introducing innovative analytical methodologies and best practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 2 years of Hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics and digital measurement frameworks.
• Experience analyzing customer behavior, digital engagement, and conversion funnel performance.
• Demonstrated ability to generate business insights that improve customer experience, engagement, conversion, pipeline generation, or revenue outcomes.
• Experience connecting digital interactions to business results through attribution and performance measurement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, tagging strategies, data layers, cookies, consent management, and tag management platforms.
• Experience integrating digital analytics, marketing, and CRM data to develop comprehensive customer insights.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Experience designing, evaluating, and interpreting A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in B2B marketing analytics and digital demand generation environments.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), or comparable customer journey platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large-scale customer, behavioral, or transactional data.
• Experience designing attribution models and linking digital engagement to sales pipeline and revenue performance.
• Knowledge of analytics governance, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience identifying and mitigating bot traffic, tracking gaps, and digital data quality issues.
• Familiarity with automation, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled analytical capabilities.
