コンシェルジュ

は、コンシェルジュデスクの運営を担いながら、お客様に温かいおもてなしときめ細やかなサポートを提供する大切な役割です。

Responsibilities

主な業務内容

• お客様やVIPゲストへの接客・ご案内
• レストラン予約や観光案内など各種手配業務
• 手荷物・メッセージの管理
• ロビー・エントランスの安全管理と環境整備
• ホテルサービスに関する情報提供
• 関係部署と連携したお客様サポート
• お客様満足を追求した質の高いサービスの提供
• フロント業務に関わる機器・システムの運用管理
