The Payment Solution Sales Team Lead will report to the PMI Healthcare Group Head and is responsible for leading a team and driving new-to-bank client acquisition while also deepening wallet share across existing clients, and delivering end-to-end Treasury Management and Payments solutions. Responsible for setting strategy, developing talent, and driving performance while maintaining a targeted personal portfolio of high value client relationships. Responsible for developing, coaching, and expanding business for an assigned geographic area, industry segment, or product line by managing the collective efforts of a team of sales professionals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives PMI revenue growth across the full Treasury Management and Payments suite.
2. Champion end-to-end PMI selling, ensuring coordinated delivery of Treasury Management Services including Liquidity & Investments, Receivables, Payments, Commercial Cards, and Merchant Services, and Trade.
3. Partner closely with internal relationship managers, product leaders, and senior stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions.
4. Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, origination activity, wins, and revenue growth
5. Drive consistent adoption of sales management disciplines, CRM tools, and deal-design best practices.
6. Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
7. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plan for treasury management products and services which is consistent with corporate objectives; targets markets for unique opportunities and greater penetration including new sales, calling activity and business retention quotas.
8. Actively ensures compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures. Actively participates in any required corporate and business line training in these areas. Follows account opening procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively works with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position.

1. Decisions are made in conjunction with major corporation programs, plans or strategies. Independent action is normally required although ICG & WCIB division or senior managers are usually consulted before final action is taken.
2. Probable errors would have a material effect on major functions of the corporation.

Strong understanding of technology enabled treasury and payments solutions and how digital capabilities enhance client outcomes and sales effectiveness. Exceptional communication, influence, and executive presence skills.

Deep expertise in Treasury Management services, including a strong understanding of liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, commercial cards, merchant services, and trade.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $194,225.00 - $228,500.00
