This role is focused on education, outreach, and hands-on engagement to ensure residents understand available vaccination services and are registered/consented ahead of scheduled clinics.   Through outreach calls, on-site visits, and close collaboration with the CSS, the Resident Engagement Specialist helps drive participation, addresses questions or concerns, and ensures residents are prepared for a smooth and successful clinic experience.

What You'll Do:

Resident Outreach & Education

  • Conduct outbound calls to residents and/or family members to educate them on upcoming onsite vaccination clinics.
  • Provide clear, compassionate education about vaccines, clinic logistics, and what residents can expect on clinic day.
  • Address common questions and concerns, escalating clinical questions to appropriate medical staff as needed.
  • Build trust and rapport with residents, families, and community stakeholders.
  • Registration & Coordination

  • Assist residents with registration for onsite vaccination clinics, including collecting required information and consents.
  • Verify resident eligibility, insurance information, and demographic details as applicable.
  • Track registration progress and follow up with residents who have not completed enrollment.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • On-Site Engagement

  • Conduct on-site visits at senior living communities or other residential settings to promote upcoming clinics.
  • Host or support informational sessions and registration events.
  • Work closely with community staff to coordinate outreach efforts and maximize participation.
  • Collaboration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, registrations, and resident feedback.
  • Identify trends, barriers to participation, and opportunities to improve engagement strategies.
  • Key Experience We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+years' experience in client relations or management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience effectively managing multiple clients, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Who You Are:

  • You’re Driven: You are a self-starter, but aren’t afraid to ask for direction
  • You’re Analytical: You understand systems and reporting, and are able to critically analyze data
  • You’re A People Person – Customer service is at the core of everything you do, and you are a great partner both internally and externally
  • You’re Flexible: You are comfortable flexing outside your role, and thrive in a changing environment
  • Novir is a fast-growing startup with a work hard, play hard attitude. We look for smart, motivated individuals who are excited to build something incredible from the ground up!

    Employer filing history

    Unavailable

We couldn't confidently match this employer to a verified U.S. filing entity, so reliable H-1B and PERM history isn't available yet.

Filing history reflects past employer behavior; it isn't a promise for this opening.

    How Openbound evaluates sponsorship

Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.

An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence.

What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
