【マーチャント・コンサルタントとは】
マーチャント・コンサルタントは、Amazonプラットフォームに商品を出品している販売事業者様向けに提供している有料のコンサルティングサービスプログラムを担います。具体的には、販売事業者様の経営戦略や事業戦略を踏まえた上で、課題を特定し、戦略的アドバイスを行ってAmazon.co.jp上での売上最大化を目指します。

【主なKPI】
販売事業者様のサービスへの満足度、販売事業者様のマーチャント・コンサルタントへの満足度、出品商品ページの質、出品商品数とその配送品質、広告やセール実施により新たに生み出された売上等。

Key job responsibilities
【具体的な業務内容】
・1人最大約15社を担当し、専任コンサルタントとして戦略的プランを策定
・売上実績の分析、年間ビジネスゴールに基づく戦略プラン策定、実行サポート
・販売事業者様ごとに最適な形式・頻度で定期的なビジネスレビューを実施し、 年間目標の進捗確認・提案・合意形成・実行管理までを一気通貫で推進
・販売事業者様と合意したゴール（売上、広告効率、品揃え拡大等）に対し、 期待効果・担当者・期限を明示した具体的な提案を行い合意形成する
・合意したアクションの進捗管理と継続的な実行支援
・最新プログラム情報の提供、戦略的アドバイスおよび実践的なコーチング

～戦略的アドバイス例～
・広告運用の最適化(スポンサー広告の提案、広告費用対効果の改善、入札戦略)
・プロモーション施策(セールイベント提案、タイムセール活用、価格戦略)
・在庫・物流の最適化(在庫切れ要因分析、定期おトク便活用、配送委託提案)
・品揃えの拡充(新商品立ち上げサポート、主力商品の育成、販路拡大)
・ブランディング提案(ブランド登録、商品詳細ページ改善、ストア作成、 ブランド分析ツールの活用)
・購入転換率の向上(商品ページ改善、プライシング)
・販路拡大(グローバル展開、法人向け販売)

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
• Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
