As a Restaurant Manager - Japanese Restaurant, you’re not just overseeing operations of one or more dining outlets – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service quality, staffing efficiency, and health and safety standards
Handle guest interactions, enhance guest satisfaction, and manage complaints while implementing improvement initiatives
Maintain, train, and monitor service standards (SOPs)
Drive revenue growth through promotions while managing costs and budgets effectively
Collaborate with other departments, including Kitchen, Front Office, and Sales
Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and shift management of team members
Provide hands-on operational support during peak periods and events

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 -4 years of management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
Strong operational knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B service
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
A guest-focused individual who consistently delivers service beyond established standards
Solid understanding of financial management, including revenue, cost, and labor control
Basic English communication skills
Flexible and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
