Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process deal/opportunity registration requests submitted by partners.

  • Verify whether the same opportunity has already been registered by another partner, checking end-user company name, end-user company email domain, and end-user contact to confirm the registration can proceed.

  • Review the product list on each request for consistency, confirming that each product has corresponding support and/or subscription, that quantities match between them, and that service durations are aligned across items.

  • Identify the internal account owner for the end-user in the system, register the opportunity, and route it to that owner.

  • When the end-user account does not yet exist in the system, request its creation from the appropriate internal department.

  • Apply internal rules and exceptions for specific registration scenarios, as trained by the team.

  • Meet or beat published service level agreements (SLAs) for deal registration processing.

  • Identify and analyze problems and resolve them within scope of authority; escalate to supervisor, team members, or other Fortinet departments as appropriate.

  • Perform all job functions with a positive, professional attitude.

    Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for daily record checking and registration.

  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and internal rules/guidelines consistently.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize a high volume of requests.

  • Excellent communication and interdepartmental skills, to coordinate with other Fortinet departments (e.g., account creation).

  • Self-starter, with demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, delivering clear and timely responses to partners and internal stakeholders.
