We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to lead our Inside Sales organization for Uber Eats in Germany. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for a sales organization of approximately 40 people, leading through multiple managers and owning our Net New restaurant acquisition performance.

You’ll set the direction for the organization, develop and empower your managers, and continuously improve how we sell at scale. Beyond delivering against ambitious commercial targets, you’ll help shape the next chapter of our sales organization in Germany, building the structure, capabilities, and ways of working needed to take the team to the next level.

What You Will Do

• Lead a Scaled Sales Organization: Lead an Inside Sales organization of approximately 40 sellers through multiple sales managers, creating clarity, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Own Commercial Performance: Take ownership of Net New restaurant acquisition performance, translating ambitious growth targets into clear sales priorities and execution plans.
• Lead Through Leaders: Coach and develop your managers, helping them build strong teams while raising the bar on sales leadership, performance management, and talent development.
• Set the Sales Direction: Define how the organization sells at scale, continuously improving our sales approach, processes, team structure, and ways of working.
• Use Data to Drive Performance: Understand the KPIs that drive the business, identify opportunities and challenges, and turn insights into clear actions for your leadership team.
• Operate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Operations, Strategy, Marketing and other teams to remove barriers, improve the merchant experience, and accelerate growth.
• Build for the Future: Bring an approachable, hands-on leadership style while helping evolve the organization as Uber Eats continues to grow in Germany.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Business Development, ideally within a high-volume or SMB sales environment.
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Experience leading other sales managers is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing sales organizations at scale and consistently delivering against ambitious commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of SMB sales, including pipeline management, sales productivity, conversion, and performance management.
• A strong coaching mindset with the ability to develop leaders and create an engaged, high-performing organization.
• Comfortable using data and KPIs to make decisions and drive sales performance.
• Proven ability to navigate a cross-functional, fast-moving organization and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management tools, particularly Salesforce.
