Event Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-intern to drive the execution of various projects in marketing and contribute to transformation of the function and growth of Building Automation in Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating European projects in the marketing function across all markets and regions in Europe.

Your ability to collaborate effectively with peers and other functions, understand customer needs, creative approach and data driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of the Honeywell Technologies Truck tour in Europe, coordinating events with the agency and local countries team (Sales and marketing), ensuring best in class delivery, in time, high quality and impactful experience for customer, driving leads generation.
• Develop an effective reporting system to assess the impact and results of campaigns and events across Europe
• Coordinate various marketing initiatives across Europe, such as websites rebranding or performance metrics development
• Support local marketing teams in development of impactful campaigns and event

Qualifications

• 3rd year bachelor or master student
• First professional experience of several months in a corporation
• Events or project management experience
• Autonomous person
