Our team specifically is dedicated to improving Amazon’s strategy, technology, operations and processes to drive a superior CX in LATAM. We relentlessly challenge the status quo and innovate in order to work on the most ambiguous and challenging opportunities facing our businesses. As a Sr. Product & Customer Insights Manager, you will be a critical voice in decision-making. You will be expected to lead studies across multiple areas (e.g., Stores, Marketplace, Prime), partnering with peers and leaders globally to solve complex problems. This will require you to use creativity, analytics and curiosity to build new methodologies that deliver convincing insights and eventually influence actions Business Owners take. Key job responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges, translating complex problems into clear hypotheses and actionable analysis requirements.
• Lead large-scale, complex studies, from designing methodologies and collecting/analyzing data to delivering strategic recommendations to international business leaders.
• Collaborate across teams globally, sharing insights and best practices, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Contribute to team growth by supporting the hiring and onboarding of new team members, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.

A day in the life
Based in one of our hub offices, you’ll be at the forefront of solving some of the most exciting customer challenges in LATAM and other emerging regions. Whether you're analyzing data, crafting surveys, or gathering customer feedback, you'll leverage a variety of methodologies to uncover insights that directly influence Amazon’s business decisions. From testing the CX to writing SQL queries to designing AI prompts and reviewing action plans with senior leaders, you'll apply your diverse skillset to ensure that every decision is data-driven and customer-centric.

Customer Experience and Business Trends is an organization with a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. We’re a team of builders who develop products, services, ideas, and various ways of using data to influence product and service offerings. We do this for almost every business at Amazon, and for every customer (i.e., consumers, sellers/brands, developers, employees, investors, streamers, etc.). Our method is based on determining the customer need, and we work backwards from there.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
• Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Work experience related with Mexico online consumer or seller behavior
