Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in the following areas:

• Wellington, MO
• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
• Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr
• *available hours to vary by location.
  • Currently looking to staff Part Time Hours* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.
    • Wellington = Mon/Wed/Fri 3.5hr/day - 10a or after]

Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers -

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
