In this unique role, you will bridge the gap between core HR technology and our global mobility ecosystem, focusing heavily on data integrity, workflow automation, and systems maintenance. Responsibilities:

HR Tech & Automation
- Manage, maintain, and audit mobility trackers, dashboards, and operational metrics within our HR tech platforms to ensure absolute data integrity.
- Leverage an AI-driven, automation-first mindset to proactively identify bottlenecks in the employee lifecycle, proposing and implementing scalable HR tech solutions.
- Partner with the Performance & Incentives Team to generate data-driven insights, support compensation analysis, and execute global mobility cost calculations.

Mobility & HR Operations

• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding technical workflows, including conducting Day 1 orientations for international transfers and new hires.
• Support the execution of mobility processes by coordinating data flows and requirements with global stakeholders, including Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement.
• Act as a primary operational contact for Employees, Candidates, and Talent Acquisition to guide them through system workflows. Assist with day-to-day coordination and administrative tracking for external mobility and relocation vendors.
