JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule: Shifts will be scheduled between 6a-7p, 28 hours/week. Includes a mandatory every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to recipes and standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
- Stock and replenish food, beverage, and retail items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Monitor product quality and follow food safety guidelines
- Support team operations and assist with other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, stock, push, and pull supplies and equipment
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years Barista experience or equivalent
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
