Program Manager, Sustainability and fleet electrification, AMZL DSP

Amazon India Last Mile is electrifying one of the largest delivery fleets in the country, across thousands of delivery stations and hundreds of Delivery Service Partners (DSP/eDSP). We are looking for a Program Manager to own the execution and adoption layer of this transition — the campaigns, field drives, data products, governance trackers, and partner-facing programs that convert an electrification strategy into vehicles on road.
This is deliberately a builder-doer role. You will own a defined portfolio of programs end to end: partner- and Delivery-Associate-facing adoption campaigns, station-level deployment drives, the data and reporting backbone that tracks fleet conversion, and the recurring cadence that keeps zonal Ops teams and external partners on plan. You will also own the operational governance of station charging infrastructure — the RACI, SOPs, and cost-recovery mechanics that keep charging assets running.

Key job responsibilities

• Design and run adoption campaigns. Build multi-channel campaigns for Delivery Associates and delivery partners — messaging, creative collateral, in-station media, app notifications, training content, regional-language assets. Own reach-to-comprehension measurement and node-level proof-of-execution.
• Own field deployment programs. Run station-level electrification drives end to end: baseline audits, node-level target setting, 30/60/90-day plans, partner outreach, week-over-week tracking with defined escalation triggers.
• Own charging governance and asset upkeep (RACI/SOP). Maintain the maintenance-ownership RACI and SOPs for station charging assets across sites; coordinate with RME, WHS, and site teams to keep installations compliant and operational; run the cost-recovery mechanism for partner charging usage; maintain the site-level tracker and escalate blockers with a documented owner and date.
• Build the data and reporting layer. Own segment analysis refreshes, node/station prioritization models, fleet-conversion dashboards, and the recurring business-review reporting pack. Turn large operational datasets into a small number of decisions.
• Run recurring governance cadence. Prepare and run weekly/monthly reviews with zonal Ops teams and partner-facing business coaches; maintain trackers, action logs, and adherence audits.
• Operationalize external partners and platforms. Convert third-party EV rental, charging, and OEM partnerships into usable programs for delivery partners — onboarding, collateral, training intake, adoption tracking. (Commercial terms are negotiated by the program lead; you operationalize and track them.)
• Benchmark and scan externally. Maintain a quarterly competitive benchmark on fleet electrification across Indian e-commerce and logistics players, plus a scan of state-level regulatory and incentive developments, and convert findings into recommendations.
• Deliver review-quality communication. Produce crisp, data-backed one-pagers and visual narratives that stand alone without a presenter.

Basic qualifications

- 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
