SPA attendant

Responsibilities

• Guest Communication: Maintain a cheerful and polite demeanor during all interactions with guests, respond promptly to their requests, and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.

• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the SPA area. Clean and disinfect changing rooms, treatment rooms, equipment, and other SPA facilities in strict compliance with sanitary, hygienic, and safety standards.

• Supplies Management: Monitor SPA supplies, track the availability of towels, beverages, guest amenities, and other necessary items, and restock them as needed.

• Area Supervision: Supervise the use of the SPA area, monitor activities on-site, and report any problems or concerns to management to ensure a safe and comfortable environment is maintained.

• Operational Support: Support SPA operations by assisting the SPA team with daily routines and general tasks when needed to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Composure Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, addressing guest requests and concerns with courtesy and professionalism.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends and official holidays.

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to different working conditions and changing situations.

• Experience: Previous work experience as a SPA attendant, in housekeeping, or in a similar role is preferred.
