Job description

Join the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Creative team as a Senior Production Designer, supporting the execution and refinement of global marketing initiatives across campaigns, presentations, events, thought leadership, templates, and digital experiences. This role is suited for a highly organized designer with immaculate executional sensibilities who thrives in fast-moving, process-oriented environments and takes pride in pixel-perfect digital execution and print-perfect production quality.

As a Senior Production Designer on the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Creative team, you’ll partner closely with designers, creative directors, writers, project managers, marketers, and production teams to execute and refine a broad range of visual assets across channels. You’ll help maintain brand consistency, production accuracy, and operational efficiency across high-volume workflows, often managing multiple rounds of edits, stakeholder feedback, versioning, and evolving priorities simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute production-ready assets across digital, print, presentation, social, video, event, and experiential platforms.
  • Apply meticulous attention to typography, spacing, alignment, layout consistency, image treatment, color correction, formatting, and brand accuracy.
  • Prepare files for final delivery across print, digital, presentation, motion, and event environments.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect digital execution and print-perfect production quality across all deliverables.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve templates, modular asset systems, and presentation frameworks for scalable team use.
  • Uphold brand standards, accessibility requirements, compliance considerations, and production specifications with consistency and precision.
  • Partner with designers and creative leads to translate approved concepts into polished, production-ready outputs.
  • Support event-related production across signage, presentations, environmental graphics, digital screens, and supporting collateral.
  • Maintain organized working files, asset libraries, templates, and version control across projects and teams.
  • Contribute to workflow optimization, operational consistency, and production efficiencies across the creative organization.
  • Stay informed on evolving AI-enabled creative and production tools, identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and output quality while maintaining brand integrity and production standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in production design, brand marketing, or an in-house creative environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint
  • Strong typography, layout, and production refinement skills across multiple formats.
  • Deep understanding of production workflows across print, digital, and presentation environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail across formatting, alignment, asset preparation, and final delivery.
  • Experience working within established brand systems and governance structures.
  • Strong file organization, template management, and version control practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, revision cycles, and stakeholder reviews under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in financial services or highly regulated industries

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong design sensibilities with a production-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable managing extensive revision cycles and evolving stakeholder feedback.
  • Ability to balance speed, precision, and consistency across high-volume workflows.
  • Highly organized, with disciplined process and file management practices.
  • Curious about evolving AI-enabled creative and production tools.
  • Invested in the integrity, scalability, and consistency of brand expression.
  • Calm, accountable, and solutions-oriented under pressure and shifting priorities.

How Openbound evaluates sponsorship

Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.

An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence. 1,128 filing titles were examined for this employer.

What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
