The LIVE team is dedicated to optimising all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetisation, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day VIP user operation inquiries and support
• Conduct NPS research and surveys for paid/VIP users
• Provide VIP user care, including gift distribution, feedback follow-up, and related engagement activities
• Perform content analysis to deepen paid user understanding and generate actionable insights
• Carry out daily data monitoring to support the team's operations and reporting

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or data-related discipline.
- Strong communication skills; Fluency in English and Arabic as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both, to support communications and cross-functional collaboration with global markets and key stakeholders based in Arabic-speaking markets, where Arabic is a primary working language.
