An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Vaccines Sales Representative - North in Portugal. This position will be responsible for covering an assigned territory, developing trusted customer relationships, executing territory and account plans, and delivering personalized, compliant customer experiences across face-to-face and digital channels.

The Sales Representative will act as a customer engagement and territory activation partner, combining scientific knowledge, customer insights, approved content, data and cross-functional resources to address customer needs and support sustainable business performance. The role focuses on Primary Care and key local healthcare stakeholders, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Brand & Customer Managers, and Medical Affairs colleagues to deliver impactful customer engagement and business outcomes.

This position will cover North of Portugal.

What you will do

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

• Own the assigned territory and priority accounts with a strong commercial mindset, developing and executing a territory plan aligned with business priorities.
• Set, monitor and deliver territory and account objectives with disciplined follow-up, ensuring high-quality and consistent execution across the territory.
• Develop strong expertise in Primary Care, relevant therapeutic areas and the local healthcare context, including the Portuguese healthcare environment and decision-making processes.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, adapting communication to different audiences and roles.
• Execute personalized customer journeys across approved face-to-face and digital channels, using CRM and omnichannel tools to plan, execute and document customer interactions.
• Work closely with Sales Leadership, Brand & Customer Managers, Medical Affairs and other relevant teams to contribute field insights and support Integrated Brand and Customer Plans.

What skills you will need

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

• University degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Business or another relevant discipline.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex scientific and clinical information.
• Strong customer engagement, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and manage a territory and complex customer accounts.
• Strong prioritization, organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Digital fluency and confidence using CRM systems, Power BI dashboards, digital engagement and productivity tools.
• Ability to use approved artificial intelligence tools responsibly and critically.
• Strong growth mindset, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, self-development, and the ability to adapt effectively in a fast-changing healthcare and commercial environment.
• Ability to work with autonomy and within a cross-functional team.
• Fluency in Portuguese and an appropriate level of English, with a valid driving licence and availability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
