In this position, you will receive a competitive base wage along with individual production incentive pay. The Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and assembling new products.

In this Role, your Responsibilities Will Be:

·Operate CNC machines and related equipment following all safety guidelines, operating procedures, company policies, and standard work. ·Maintain equipment through 5S and Preventive Maintenance procedures, including end-of-shift cleaning and maintaining an organized work area.·Load, position, and secure materials or parts using fixtures, chucks, or other work-holding devices per process requirements.·Review work order documentation to ensure proper revisions and material identification align with shop order requirements.·Make tooling offsets as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy, dependent on the type of CNC machine being operated.·Interpret and understand work instructions, part prints, tool sheets, and CMM reports to ensure parts are produced to product specifications and standards·Perform quality checks using conventional measuring instruments such as micrometers, precision scales, calipers, and indicators.·Identify and report machine malfunctions or non-conforming parts to the Jobsetter and Shift Supervisor in a timely manner to ensure issues are addressed accordingly.

For this Role, You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to add, subtract, and convert decimals and fractions accurately. 
• Basic understanding of CNC Operations, tooling, and measuring instruments preferred. 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job specifications. 
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
