Responsibilities

• Support product operations for TikTok Local Services across global markets, with a focus on improving product experience and business outcomes.
• Serve as a key connector between operation and product teams, translating user, merchant, and creator pain points into actionable product insights.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and drive implementation.
• Analyse business goals, user behavior, and conversion performance to uncover key issues and inform product decisions.
