Amazon Business (AB) helps millions of Customers worldwide reshape their business buying with cost and time savings, greater productivity, and insightful purchasing analytics. Launched in Australia in June 2025, AB is growing quickly. To support this growth, we are looking for a customer-obsessed Seller Growth Lead to join our AB Third-Party (3P) Seller Services team. The AB 3P team helps Amazon Sellers expand their reach to Business Customers.

As an AB 3P Seller Growth Lead, you will be responsible for accelerating AB growth in Australia by driving the adoption of AB features by Australian Sellers. When Sellers adopt relevant AB features (invoicing, business pricing and quantity discounts, business-relevant selection expansion, AB Deals, AB Ads, and more) they can increase the visibility of their offers and improve sales conversion. You will own the strategy and mechanisms to make this happen across the top managed Seller segment as well as with torso/tail unmanaged Sellers.

Key job responsibilities
As an AB 3P Seller Growth Lead, you:
- own the end-to-end strategy for growing business-relevant selection on AB and driving AB feature adoption across the Australian 3P Seller base, setting measurable targets and reporting on progress;
- build mechanisms to engage with head Sellers through their existing Account Managers and delivering results through others rather than only managing Seller relationships directly;
- equip Account Managers with the right data, insights, talk tracks, and resources so they can confidently consult Sellers on the value of AB features and drive adoption;
- create scalable mechanisms for mass engagement of torso and tail Sellers who do not have dedicated Account Managers, leveraging AI to deliver personalised outreach at scale;
- influence the Seller feature roadmap, innovate and drive Seller experience improvements by working backwards from the Voice of the Seller;
- analyse Seller performance data to identify high-impact adoption opportunities, measure the effectiveness of engagement programs, and iterate on approach;
- collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Seller Account Management and Seller Support teams to align on go-to-market strategies and remove adoption friction.

A day in the life
You'll spend your day at the intersection of data, account management and cross-team collaboration. Your morning might start with reviewing dashboards to spot trends and identify the next best action for different Seller cohorts. You might then jump into a working session with Account Managers looking after head Sellers, walking them through a new enablement playbook you've built on Seller economics. Later in the day, you could be experimenting with a new AI-driven Seller engagement campaign. Throughout it all, you're focused on one question: How do we make it effortless for Sellers to grow on Amazon Business?

As a Seller Growth Lead joining our team, you'll play a key role in translating our product capabilities into real-world Seller adoption and delivering impact for Sellers and their Customers.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication management
• Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting

Preferred qualifications

• Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
• Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
