Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive advertiser success across Meta's advertising platform at a staff level. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-value clients, translating complex advertising objectives into measurable outcomes using Meta's full suite of performance and brand solutions. You will operate at the intersection of data-driven media strategy, product adoption, and executive relationship management, shaping how sophisticated advertisers leverage Meta's platforms to grow their businesses at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic vision for a portfolio of high-value advertising accounts, setting long-term partnership goals aligned to client business outcomes and Meta's revenue priorities
• Serve as a trusted executive advisor to client marketing and media leadership, translating business objectives into tailored Meta advertising strategies across performance and brand objectives
• Identify and drive adoption of Meta advertising products and measurement solutions, including auction-based buying, campaign optimization frameworks, and incrementality testing methodologies
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, measurement, creative strategy, and data science teams to develop scalable client solutions and surface advertiser feedback that informs product development
• Develop and present data-driven media recommendations, campaign analyses, and business reviews to senior client stakeholders, demonstrating clear return on advertising spend
• Establish best practices and frameworks for account management within the team, elevating the quality of client engagement and strategic counsel across the broader organization
• Proactively identify risks to client retention and revenue growth, developing mitigation strategies and escalation paths in partnership with sales leadership
• Mentor other client solutions professionals, sharing expertise in advertising strategy, measurement, and consultative selling to strengthen team capabilities
• Contribute to the development of go-to-market narratives and vertical-specific advertising strategies that can be scaled across the client solutions organization
• Represent Meta's advertising platform capabilities in high-stakes client conversations, industry forums, and partner engagements to build long-term strategic relationships

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, media strategy, or client solutions roles with demonstrated ownership of large-scale advertiser relationships
• Experience developing and executing advertising strategies using performance and brand marketing solutions across digital platforms, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and measurement frameworks
• Experience influencing executive-level client stakeholders through written proposals, business reviews, and strategic recommendations grounded in data and advertising insights
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across product, sales, and operations teams to deliver client outcomes
• Experience using advertising measurement methodologies such as lift studies, multi-touch attribution, or incrementality testing to demonstrate campaign effectiveness
• Experience working with Meta advertising products including campaign buying types, optimization signals, and Meta's measurement and analytics tools
• Fluent with AI & agentic tooling to drive workflow efficiency and scalably solve complex growth and operational challenges (both internally and externally)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms to derive advertiser insights and inform strategic recommendations
• Experience in fast-moving technology-related advertisers such as SaaS, Wellness, Subscription and app businesses, with the ability to translate vertical-specific business challenges into advertising solutions
• Experience building scalable frameworks, playbooks, or best practices that improve the effectiveness of a client solutions or account management organization
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
