The impact you’ll make

The Delivery Lead, Digital Transformation, will be responsible for driving execution of enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives across Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Sales, and Service Operations. The role will lead delivery of business capabilities across SAP and non-SAP applications by partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, functional teams, and external implementation partners.

What you’ll do

Digital Transformation Delivery

Lead execution of Digital Transformation initiatives across multiple business functions and application platforms.Drive delivery of business capabilities across SAP and non-SAP systems aligned to enterprise transformation objectives.Manage end-to-end delivery activities including requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.Partner with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation of prioritized capabilities.Drive Agile delivery practices and incremental release of business value.

Business Process Leadership

Demonstrate deep expertise in at least two core business process areas and working knowledge across interconnected enterprise functions.Translate business strategies and requirements into scalable digital solutions.Drive process optimization, standardization, and harmonization across business functions.Ensure alignment between business process design, application capabilities, and transformation objectives.Identify opportunities to simplify operations and improve business performance through technology enablement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Coordinate delivery across business stakeholders, architects, product teams, data teams, and implementation partners.Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across globally distributed teams.Establish strong working relationships that foster collaboration and accountability.Influence outcomes across organizations without direct authority.

AI, Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Support leadership in building digital transformation and innovation capabilities.Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Analytics, and Automation to improve business outcomes.

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.

8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Operations Consulting, or Technology Delivery

Experience leading large-scale business and systems transformation programs

Deep expertise in at least two of the following:

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Supply Chain Management
• Manufacturing Operations
• Customer Sales & Order Management
• Service Operations

Experience delivering solutions across SAP and non-SAP application ecosystems.

Strong understanding of system implementation lifecycles and Agile delivery methodologies.

Experience working in matrixed global organizations and driving delivery through cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, PLM, MES, and enterprise integration platforms.

Experience in consulting firms or large-scale global transformation programs.

Experience supporting Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and advanced analytics solutions.

Experience within high-growth manufacturing, technology, engineering, or semiconductor industries.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
