As an Account Manager at Amazon Web Services you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology for this segment of high potential set of digitally native customers. Your responsibilities will include focusing on scaling programs that drive adoption in named accounts, revenue, and market penetration across your assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess sales experience in technology that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. She/He/They will be a self-starter who will develop and execute against accounts coverage plans.

Key job responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share in assigned digital native accounts.
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Work closely with HQ teams to meet customer needs and address escalations.
• Build and execute a strategic go to market plan for target markets in line with the AWS strategic direction.
• Work with partners to drive adoption of the AI/ ML solutions.
• Work with senior management team on market and sales strategy, AI/ML service roadmap, and initiatives to scale impact.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• Industry experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related technologies.
• Experience influencing and negotiating with customers, up to the c-suite or VP level.
• Experience in describing and selling technical cloud services or software technology products.
• Experience in leading executive customer discussions on GenAI strategy.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in working with digital native customer.
• A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
• Experience with Generative AI and Foundation Models (LLMs).
• In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, software development, and solutions architecture.
• Ability to work autonomously with medium oversight or direction from leadership.
