Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the design, development, and iteration of AI Agents in TikTok Shop business scenarios, covering the full cycle from requirement analysis to architecture design, development, and launch, delivering intelligent and efficient product experiences for merchants and users;
-Deeply implement Agent capabilities into core e-commerce scenarios, including but not limited to intelligent customer service, product operation assistance, business decision support, content generation, and business process automation, helping merchants and creators better reach consumers and improve operational efficiency;
-Responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the Agent technology stack, covering Context Engineering, Harness, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Multi-Agent collaboration, Memory systems, Reinforcement Learning, workflow orchestration, and knowledge base construction;
