Food & Drinks Manager

Responsibilities

• You will ensure the smooth operation of our two restaurants, bar, room service, and banquet facilities, while working closely with the culinary team and the C&E Sales department
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will also be an important part of your responsibilities
• In your role, you will ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of our operational standards, while motivating, guiding, and developing the F&B team
• Additionally, you will be responsible for driving and enhancing F&B revenue performance, while maintaining full oversight of departmental expenses
• You will effectively manage workforce planning for your team and identify individual training and development needs of Team Members and apprentices

Qualifications

• You possess a strong commercial mindset and the ability to deliver exceptional performance and results
• In addition, you have experience in people management within an international team, workforce scheduling, training, and leading employees
• You are highly adaptable and have strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused under pressure
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
