Hilton Austin, a Hilton Corporate Managed hotel, is looking for an Event Services Manager to join their team! This is a fantastic entry level opportunity to serve as the on-site liaison for groups and events, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.

As an Event Service Manager, you’re not just overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Execute exceptional events: Serve as the on-site contact for group and catering clients, ensuring seamless event execution and outstanding guest expectations. 
• Lead event operations: Coordinate hotel departments and provide direction to team members to ensure all event requirements are delivered successfully. 
• Build strong client relationships: Maintain consistent communication clients throughout the planning and execution process to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations. 
• Maximize business opportunities: Identify upsell opportunities, promote hotel services, and contribute to achieving revenue goals. 
• Support team success: Communicate client needs, provide guidance and coaching, and foster collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality service. 
• Solve problems with confidence: Address guest concerns, resolve operational challenges, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing business needs.
