About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

As the Executive Marketing Director for Regrello (Agentforce Operations), you will build, own, and scale our high-impact Executive Marketing Program. Your role is to create and execute marketing built specifically for C-suite technology and business buyers, spanning executive thought leadership, first- and third-party executive event content, influencer marketing, an external executive advisory community, message development and testing for technical executive audiences, and the systems that turn executive engagement into pipeline.

You will design bespoke executive engagement strategies, execute world-class executive events, direct C-level content and messaging, and orchestrate top target account programs that accelerate pipeline velocity across global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Messaging & Content Strategy

  • C-Suite Positioning: Craft high-converting, authoritative executive messaging tailored specifically to C-level operational and business technology leaders.

  • Strategic Content Ownership: Develop executive briefing materials, C-level presentation decks, exclusive research insights, and thought leadership assets that position Regrello/AFO as essential to back-office AI transformation.

Exec-to-Exec Program & Target Account Advancement

  • Build Executive Sponsorship Models: Establish and lead a scalable Exec-to-Exec Program matching Salesforce/Regrello executives with C-level enterprise customer prospects.

  • Pipeline Acceleration: Drive deal sourcing and advancement through targeted executive introductions, strategic touchpoints, and tailored deal-closing experiences for high-value enterprise accounts.

  • Executive Influencer Ecosystem: Identify, cultivate, and activate industry influencers, key enterprise champions, and peer-advocates to elevate brand authority and trust among C-suite buyers.

World-Class Owned & Industry Events

  • Bespoke AFO Events: Own and execute high-touch, exclusive Agentforce Operations (AFO) executive events designed for intimate, high-value C-level engagement.

  • Salesforce Ecosystem Activation: Seamlessly plug Regrello/AFO into major Q3/Q4 Salesforce World Tours—prioritizing New York, Chicago, London, and Strategic Innovation Centers (SICs)—alongside Operating Unit (OU) executive programming.

  • Event Excellence: Direct every element of executive programming, from guest strategy and speaker prep to white-glove attendee experience, ensuring maximum deal progression.

Key Qualifications

  • Enterprise Track Record: 10+ years of executive marketing, enterprise ABM, or field marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS (Salesforce ecosystem experience strongly preferred).

  • C-Suite Mastery: Deep understanding of how C-level executives think, consume content, and make purchasing decisions, with a proven history of managing high-stakes executive programs.

  • Event & Program Execution: Exceptional history of conceptualizing, organizing, and executing elite, high-ROI executive events within major industry circuits (e.g., World Tours, Dreamforce).

  • Strategic Messaging: Elite verbal and written communication skills with a flair for distilling complex enterprise AI products into sharp, compelling executive narratives.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Ability to partner seamlessly with Sales, Executive Leadership, Product Marketing, and Ecosystem Alliances to drive measurable pipeline growth.

  • Nice to have: Experience in supply chain, back-office operations, or consulting.

Filing history reflects past employer behavior; it isn't a promise for this opening.

How Openbound evaluates sponsorship

Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.

An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence. 766 filing titles were examined for this employer.

What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
