Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise accounts and engage with senior leaders to discuss initiatives that increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships. Develop account planning processes that align brands with our platform’s resources to maximize business opportunities.
Research internal and external data for specific geographic regions and markets to develop in-depth insights of the sales process and product combination.
Gather and analyze market and sales trends and case studies to create persuasive sales presentations and establish key performance indicators and success metrics.
Monitor performance data to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and help clients to identify, prioritize, and secure data-driven business outcomes.
Educate clients and agencies about product updates and communicate best practices to meet revenue goals.
Leverage knowledge of a book of business to support client needs, including troubleshooting and resolving client issues and escalations.
Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Management, Analytics (any), Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Digital media sales, marketing, brand advertising, gaming, or online advertising; Social media, media or gaming applications, or digital and mobile marketing; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to develop solutions aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; Providing data analytics including identifying, synthesizing, and structuring data-driven insights for internal team and external clients, and to identify opportunities to grow revenue; Experience in self-serve platform, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying; and Building and developing business processes to scale and managing hyper-growth including: (i) streamlining onboarding and activating external clients and partners; and (ii) providing business analytics.
