Core Responsibilities

  • Business and Market Requirements Owner: Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global levels from end-to-end perspective.

  • Market Management – Drive commercialization, client acquisition, partnering with Sales & PSS in understanding and fulfilling client requirements

  • Business Architecture – defining the end to end business flows related to delivery of TS Receivables Services. Working with Functional Partners to agree on operational, service delivery and systems architecture that support Receivables flows with global alignment.

  • Requirements Definition – analyzing detailed end-to-end business requirements associated with delivery of TS Payment Services. Working with Product Managers and other Functional Partners to consolidate requirements and to author detailed statements of requirements

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as product manager and/or analyzing and documenting Business Requirements

  • Receivables and Payment product management experience preferred

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation

  • Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.  

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for details. Oral and written communications.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.

  • May require to travel
