Amazon's CN Global Selling Haul team currently seeks a passionate business operation manager to support our strategy implementation and sharpen our daily operation via data analytics and tools with actionable insights.

Key job responsibilities

• Work closely with central members and cross-team to manage key strategic operation workstreams, i.e. business analysis and planning/data analysis/reporting/goal setting/performance reviews/program operational works.
• Utilized Excel, SQL, Python and dashboard to manage data for Sellers/Selection success.
• Handle large, complex data solution, conduct strategic analysis and insight generation, drive mid-to-long term initiatives to improve seller experience and to accelerate business growth for Global Selling Business.
• Establish the holistic and effective mechanism to optimize Haul data visibility and management.

Basic qualifications

• Experience of analyzing and interpreting data with SQL, Excel and other data tools, including Gen-AI tools
• Experience with data visualization using Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
• Experience in data automation and able to build report/dashboard through automation tools
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data operation and business needs

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in Python is a plus
• Experience with business operation, project management or in-house / strategy consultant

Basic qualifications

• Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred qualifications

- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
